Geoff Weaver Wines produces invariably immaculate Riesling
and Sauvignon Blanc, and one of the longest lived Chardonnay's
to be found in Australia (James Halliday 2003). Numerous
awards for the Geoff Weaver wines demonstrate the outstanding
qualities of this vineyard. The Geoff Weaver Wines vineyard
lies high, approximately 500 - 550 metres above sea level,
in the Adelaide Hills near Lenswood.
Geoff chose this cool place to grow grapes to make fine
table wines of distinctive character. Seasonal variations
are reflected in the wine style but generally Lenswood
is cool and even in temperature.
The wines are made by Geoff in the world famous Petaluma
winery.

through to the palate. Ripe fruit with mouthfilling
richness on the middle palate and a lingering,
drying tannin on the finish. Built to age.
